Role Overview: In the role of Director of Structured Finance, you will be instrumental in evaluating, overseeing, and driving renewable energy development, mergers & acquisitions, and financing opportunities for commercial and industrial projects. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Structured Finance, you will work closely with financial partners and equity stakeholders to design and execute creative and effective financing strategies.
What You Will Bring:
- More than 10 years of experience in renewable energy or project finance transactions
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (Master’s degree preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both in writing and speaking
- Experience in negotiating and structuring tax-advantaged deals (such as partnerships and leases) or working within energy or power markets
- Proven track record in managing intricate transactions with multiple parties involved
- Solid quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks autonomously
- Proficiency in English, with a background in working across diverse and global environments
